Rhubarb, like other summer fruit and vegetables such as asparagus, cherries, peas and blueberries, seem to have a very short window of abundance. With these very seasonal fruits and vegetables, I like to keep things as simple as possible – usually they are so nice that I can’t pick them as quick as I can eat them! So to get them into the kitchen is an achievement in itself!! This year it seemed our rhubarb
